Login at motigo with your username and password

Create Shorturl

Look for the Shorturls section in your account overview and click on “Create a new Shorturl”.

Your Shorturl should be short and catchy so that it’s easier for your visitors to remember it and visit your website.

Just fill in the name you would like to have on your url and choose a subdomain from the dropdown menu. If the Shorturl has been taken already, just choose a new name or subdomain.

The target url is the url of your website, to where the visitors should be redirected to when they use the Shorturl. After filling in these fields, just click on “Create Shorturl”

You will find your new Shorturl on the Shorturl list on the left of the admin page:

Customize your Shorturl

Please go to the Shorturls’ admin page. To get there, just click on “Shorturls” on your account overview.

Click on the Shorturl you want to edit on the Shorturl buttons on the left of the admin page. Using the options in the pulldown menu you can customize your Shorturl:

On General Settings you can modify the name of your Shorturl or change the Target URL. You can decide which url should be shown in the browser or even protect your site with a password. Please click on “Save Settings” to save the changes. Using the other menu options, you can see how many hits your Shorturl has had (Statistics) or you can delete a Shorturl (Delete).

Tip: You can go directly to the hit statistics from your account overview by clicking on the graph icon. To edit your Shorturs, just click on the tool icon.
